Shipping policy

  • We are currently offering free shipping for domestic orders and free shipping on international orders over U$ 500 dollars. Select "complimentary shipping" at the time you place your order.

  • After confirming the payment, orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday.

  • We ship through registered courier companies for both national and international orders. You will receive an email with your tracking code.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While placing your international order, please be aware that additional duties and import taxes may be applied at the moment you receive your package. The customer is solely responsible for the payment.

Hess has no control over these charges as they depend upon your country's specific custom policies and import laws.

For more information you can reach your local custom office, since import duties and custom policies vary widely around the world.

 If you refuse to pay for import taxes or custom duties, your order may be destroyed at customs or returned to us. In this case, Hess will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Hess and no exchange or refund will be applicable on the goods

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Domestic orders: if you are shopping from India, we aim for your order to reach you within 1-4 business days. Kindly observe that, given the current circumstances, we anticipate delays in deliveries.

International orders: delivery time may vary due to delivery address and custom clearance, although we aim to reach you within 3-5 business days.

Please note that additional duties and import taxes might be applied depending on your country's specific laws. As the consumer, you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur upon receiving your package.

 

PAYMENTS 

We currently accept international credit and debit cards through Stripe Payment Gateway. While placing an order directly through our website, you will be charged in USD (US Dollar). 

If you'd like to pay a different currency, get in touch with our team on francieli@hessbyhess.coand we'll provide you a direct Paypal link. The goods will be shipped upon payment confirmation.

If you are shopping from Brazil or India, you can make your payment as a local bank transfer. Kindly DM us on Instagram or send an email to francieli@hessbyhess.com and our team will get in touch with the details.
